Cells are the basic units of life. All living things are made up of cells. The human body consists of over 10,000,000,000,000 cells. Most cells can only be seen under a microscope. Each cell has a certain job in a plant or animal cell.
The cells control center is called the nucleus. Also, the cell has power plants for generating energy, and it has machinery for making its products or performing its services.These are all the major things that make up the human cell:
Cytoplasm, Cytoskeleton, Endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, Lysosomes and peroxisomes, mitochondria, Nucleus, Plasma membrane, Ribosomes.
